On July, 2023 SEFU conducted the tender on ‘Services on development the Strategy of Development and Management’ with proposed budget about 365.000 Euro.
The winner was AC Crowe Ukraine – company providing auditing, consulting and tax services with final price about 230.000 Euro.
The outputs expected – Strategy for 5 years, and Operational Plan for 1 year.
Period of services provision – within two calendar months from the date of the contract conclusion. Therefore, in Autumn 2023 the SEFU shall get the business-oriented strategy of its development, which is also expected to serve as a basis for further cooperation with Ukrainian and international partners.
